Stress free Life




Five effective ways to manage stress

Sing. 

Sing hymns of praise.  Practice, singing praises to the creator always and everywhere.
Singing releases you and makes you feel relax. It calms the nerves and brings lightness to the system.

Take a brisk walk in the nature.
  
We are naturally linked with the nature.  As you walk begin to  relate to the nature. Enjoy the beauty of the creation and listen to the songs of the birds.  Bless the trees and the people you meet and see on the road. Be a blessing.

Pray. 

Pray to God   for he loves you and wants to bless you.  You are sent to the world by Him.  You are important to Him. Share all your concerns with Him.  He says “ask and you shall receive”. Cast your burden upon Him for cares

Read the Bible.

 It has the words of refreshment and powerful promises. As you read, you will feel His presence, for He is with the ward as well as He is the word. As the Spirit of the word ministers to you, you will be lifted up and will be given new revelations to handle your problems ad difficulties.

Meditate.

Go to a quite place and keep your eyes closed and begin to listen to the sounds around you.  Don’t try to analyze them, just listen and feel the vibrations. Learn to resonate with the nature.

 As you do these, you will experience a great inner peace and harmony that gives you energy to handle life situations and with great ease. For life is not given  to be stressed.  God is there to help and sustain you.   Those who trust in Him shall never be put to shame. Have a bless day and enjoy a stress free life.
