how to experience peace and inner energy.

Due to the stress of the day we feel weak and drowsy.
We can overcome this situation by learning to relax and release..

When I  feel tired and sleepy ,I withdraw my self to a quite place.
I sit comfortably and close my eyes.
I begin to pray to the almighty God, thanking for the day and all the blessings.
I also  count all the blessings I have received during the day.
Then I bless all those whom I have met during the day.
I have always experienced great peace and strengthening inside myself through this process.
